Call Recording is standard for all calls and you can access the mp3 or wav files online. We'll deliver the audio to you at regular intervals (ftp) and cater for any longterm storage or special requirements.
Easycall provides a simple interface to create your own scripts and campaigns, so that you can capture the right information in a set format, while the call is in progress. Or simply tell us what you want to achieve and we’ll design the script and data-capture elements for you.
