You'll get access to the Campaign Control Panel, allowing you to set the aggressiveness of the dialer and change between Predictive and Progressive modes.
This means, for instance, that you can slow down or speed up the rate at which the system dials out and increase or decrease the answer-timeout. To get the best possible performance from your team and your data, you may decide to change some of these parameters throughout the day.
The Agent Live Screen, shows all your connected agents and their status, along with real time and historic stats so you can see at a glance how the campaign is performing and which agents are excelling. Further reports can be customised by date range and dataset (dialing list) to help identify the quality of your data source and performance of your team members.
